Board of Directors

   Bruce Bates, Director - Bruce is the founder and owner of RISA Technologies, an established leader in structural analysis and design software since 1987. As a registered professional engineer Bruce brings over 23 years experience in software development and marketing. From general building and manufacturing firms to petroleum and power companies, RISA Technologies’ internationally top-rated software tools for structural engineers is used across multiple design categories demonstrating the versatility of its products. 24 of the 25 top design firms use RISA software to help them achieve their goals. Bruce is also on the board of BQES, Inc., a company that develops accounting and time management/billing software with an emphasis on web based applications.

   Shane Dever, Director - Shane serves as a vice president in the investment banking division at Presidio Financial Partners. Shane joined Presidio in 2000, and heads Presidio's Automotive and Auto Technology practices. Shane has been and has advised on M&A and capital raising transactions totaling nearly $1.5 billion including acquisitions such as BZ Results to ADP, Bar None to First American, Third Coast Media to Reynolds & Reynolds, OnStation to Cobalt Group and NetworkCar (Reynolds) to Hughes Telematics. Shane graduated from Washington & Lee University with an Honors degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Japanese. His honors thesis was entitled, “Consolidation of the US Auto Retail Industry.”

   Timothy Downs, Director – Tim brings more than 20 years in marketing and media. Tim is co-founder and President of Shorecliff Communications since 1996, focused on technology exhibitions, executive conferences, web portals and publications in the wireless telecommunications and broadband communications industries. Corporate sponsors of Shorecliff exhibitions include Motorola, Alcatel, Nortel Networks, Tandberg TV, Texas Instruments, Intel, Siemens and Ericsson. In January of 2006, Shorecliff was acquired by United Business Media (UBM) a publicly held British media company and the largest B2B Technology publisher in the United States. Previously, Tim was publisher and editor of Broadband Wireless Business magazine, and founded the largest industry exhibitions in the world focused on IPTV (internet protocol television), broadband wireless systems and services, and RFID (radio frequency identification) technology.

   J. Peter Mac Innis, Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer- As founder of DealerCentric Solutions in 2003, Pete brings 28 years experience in the consumer finance industry. In May 1998, Pete founded Auto Benefits Corporation a direct to consumer loan aggregator platform of which he is Chairman of the Board. In August 1993, Pete co-founded and held the position of Senior Vice President of Onyx Acceptance Corporation, a publicly held auto finance company that has originated over $10 Billion in auto loans since inception. Pete was primarily responsible for the creation of the dealer operation centers, customer service department, loan servicing and development of operation policy and procedures. Onyx was sold in 2005 to Capital One for $193Million. Previously in his 14-year tenure at Western Financial Savings Bank (WFS), Pete held various management positions that helped grow the company from $100 Million in assets to over $4 Billion serviced, leaving the company as the current holder of the President's Cup, awarded to the top producing department manager in the Bank. WFS was sold to Wachovia Bank in 2006 for $4Billion.

   David Metter, Director – David brings 20 years experience in the automotive industry and is currently President of Marketing for MileOne and Atlantic Automotive, a top ten dealer group. David’s day to day responsibilities include the direction and leadership of Mile One’s corporate, direct and e-commerce marketing, CRM, I.T., along with sales training and recruiting initiatives. He manages corporate partnerships with companies like the Baltimore Ravens and the American Cancer Society and provides assistance in acquisition strategies with Atlantic Automotive and Atlantic Capital. Previously, David held a leadership position with leading CRM provider, Autobase after spending years in dealerships as one of the top ranked Chrysler salesmen in the country, moving his way through the ranks to General Manager.

   Sami Abbushi, Chief Technology Officer - Sami brings 8 years of experience as an accomplished technologist and information systems development manager. Prior to joining DealerCentric Solutions, Sami spent 4 years at LoopNet.com, the world’s largest commercial real estate portal where he played a key role in the design and implementation of new marketing and product releases. Sami has extensive experience with System Architecture, Database Design, and over 6 years using the Microsoft.Net platform.

   Mathew Reynoso, Vice President/ Comptroller - Matt brings 11 years experience in the accounting and software industry. Matt's professional career has been focused on client service both as an accountant in providing complete, accurate, timely financial services and in financial software sales while working for Epicor Software Corporation. Matt's responsibilities have included determining Financial Accounting Standards rulings as applied to software development projects and presenting findings to public auditors that resulted in company savings of $1.2 million over budget while employed at First American Real Estate Solutions. Matt graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a BS in Business Administration/Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

   Cindy Cook, Operations Manager - Cindy Cook brings more than 10 years experience in the consumer finance industry. Cindy was the first loan officer hired for Onyx Acceptance in 1993, became the top producing loan officer and climbed the ranks to Dealer Center Manager in 1998 which was the top producing Center for the company. Previously, Cindy spent 4 years at WFS Financial where she was also the top producing loan officer.
